Privacy policy

What I collect

Only what you choose to give me. When you submit the contact form, request a free audit, or chat with the assistant, I may collect your name, phone number, and (if you share them) email, business name, trade, city, and the messages you send. Separately, I measure anonymous, non-personal site usage to improve the site; see Analytics below.

Why I collect it

To reply to you, prepare a quote, and follow up about setting up your system. That's it. I don't use it for anything you didn't reach out about.

Where it's stored

Leads are stored in a private database (Supabase) and notifications are sent by email (Resend). The website chat is powered by Anthropic's Claude; chat messages are processed to generate replies. These providers process data on my behalf so I can run the service.

Analytics

To see how the site is used and make it better, I use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data, like which pages get visited, what people click, and how far they scroll. This uses cookies. It does not capture what you type into the chat or a form, and I never use it for advertising or sell it.

You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and any browser lets you block or clear cookies.

What I don't do

I don't sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it to train any public AI model. If you become a client, your contact list stays yours and exports anytime; if you ever leave, it goes with you.

Your choices

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the information you've shared at any time. Just email bashar@bamso.ai and I'll take care of it.

Text messages

If you give me your phone number, you're agreeing that I can text you back about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime to stop texts.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
