Either. I build from scratch or rework what you have. We scope it on a quick call and you get a firm price before any work starts, starting from $999.
Do I have to take the chat?
No. AI Chat Lead Capture is included by default because it turns a nice site into one that books, but you can take the site on its own. Site with the chat is $100/mo; site only is $39/mo, or own it and host it yourself.
Will it help me show up on Google?
Your site is built SEO-ready: clean structure, fast load, mobile, proper metadata, and Google Business Profile setup, so customers can find you. I build the foundation right, but I don't run ongoing SEO or ad campaigns and I never promise a specific ranking.
Who owns the site?
You do. Pay for the build and the site is yours. If you stay on a monthly plan I host and maintain it for you; if you'd rather, take it and host it yourself. Either way it's your site.
