Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by Amso AI Solutions (legal name Amso Technology Solutions Group LLC, "we," "I," "us"), based in the East Bay, California. By using this site or hiring me, you agree to what's below. Questions: bashar.amso@gmail.com.
What I provide
I set up AI systems for local service businesses: the Amso AI CRM platform, with missed-call text back, online booking, follow-up automation, and a review engine built in, plus add-ons like Grace AI, the voice receptionist, and AI Website Chat, and professional websites. The exact scope of your setup is what we agree to in writing before any work starts.
Pricing, setup, and billing
Pricing is listed on the Pricing page. Your setup has a one-time setup fee and your services are billed as a monthly subscription, in advance. Founding-client discounts apply for a stated period and then return to standard pricing. Custom websites and custom AI builds are quoted per project. I'll confirm your specific prices in writing before charging anything.
No long-term contracts
Monthly plans are month to month. You can cancel any time with reasonable notice before your next billing date; setup fees and fees already billed are not refundable once work has started. When you cancel, your monthly service stops at the end of the paid period.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for giving me accurate business information, timely access to the accounts and tools your setup needs, and permission to act on your behalf where required. You confirm that any content, logos, or customer data you give me are yours to use, and that your use of the system follows the law, including the rules for contacting your own customers.
Third-party tools
Your setup may run on third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, Retell, Twilio, Cal.com, Google, and similar providers. Those services have their own terms, and their availability, features, and fees are outside my control. Where a tool charges its own usage fees (for example, phone or messaging fees), those are passed through to you unless we agree otherwise.
Text messaging
If you give me your phone number through this site, you agree that I can text you back about your request. For client systems that send texts to your customers, you are the sender of record and you confirm you have the right to message those customers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP any time to stop texts.
Ownership
Once your project is paid for, you own your business content, your customer list, and your website. Ownership terms for custom-built work are stated in your individual service agreement. I keep the right to reuse general know-how, templates, and non-identifying techniques across clients. Your contact list stays yours and exports any time; if you ever leave, it goes with you.

The free mockup and free AI audit on this site are provided as illustrative previews to help you picture what's possible. They are samples, not finished deliverables or a binding quote, and are provided as is.
No guaranteed results
I build systems that help you catch more calls and leads, but I can't promise specific revenue, ranking, or growth numbers. Results depend on your market, your follow-through, and factors outside my control. Any examples shown on this site are real but describe specific situations, not a guarantee of your outcome.
Limitation of liability
The site and services are provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid me in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in the East Bay region of California.
Changes
If these terms change, I'll update the date at the top. Continued use of the site or services means you accept the current version.
